Colorado's weather can be as unpredictable as it is breathtaking, and Jade and Tanner's wedding day at Stove Prairie Ranch in Bellevue, CO was proof of that. What was supposed to be a cozy fall celebration turned into a snowy wonderland, creating unexpected charm and beauty.
It was too cold to have their planned outdoor ceremony, but Jade still longed for a taste of the outdoors. As a Colorado Wedding Photographer, I'm used to deal with abrupt weather changes and dive in the adventure whatever it is, so we made sure their first look happened right where they were originally going to tie the knot. It was a sweet compromise that let them enjoy a moment in the scenery they'd been hoping for.
Jade and Tanner had dreamed of saying "I do" surrounded by autumn leaves, but nature had other plans. With the season's first snowstorm in full swing, they brought the ceremony indoors without missing a beat!
